A New Thxgiving Tradition: The Pupusa

Jorge stayed with Mom at the hospital while Davidson and I went to play husband and wife and have dinner together. Davidson, clearly the chef in our little 'ohana of two, was all set to roast his organic turkey and had his menu all planned out but it was not meant to be. So we had some delicious hole-in-the-wall fare instead. Platanos mas duros, crema, frijoles, tamales (the big-as-your-head Salvadorean kine) and of course, a pupusa. The time spent together and the food were both delicious.
