The last couple of days of her "break", before she starts her 5-day chemo regimen, Dre feels almost back to her old self. So this weekend we did a lot of gallivanting. First up, on Friday, Mom's friend Evelyn came to pick her up for Christine & CJ's wedding. This is Christine, Rusty & Mar's daughter, not Kristine, Lour & Alex's daughter. The wedding was butter yellow, because that is the color all weddings should be, in my opinion! Dre got to wear the cute hat Ma (Davidson's mom) got her. She partied til the wee hours and didn't even need a sleeping pill to fall asleep, so it was a great night. But because she was out all night, she missed tasty Donohoo's fried chicken night back at home because we were celebrating Keoni making his high school soccer team. WTG Keoni!
