On Thursdays, Dre's friends from Eucharistic Ministry come and bring her communion. (Mom would be the one in the middle looking like Mother Teresa.) This Thursday, Susan, Tien and Judy along with two of Judy's kids came over. Mom really does enjoying hearing from her friends and family and spending time with people, but sometimes she just doesn't feel up to it. So, don't take it personally if a phone conversation gets cut short or she hands the phone over unexpectedly - normal, everyday things just take a lot out of her.Mom's hair is still falling out and the little shaved hairs that are hanging on have decided not to grow. She takes most things in stride but she's tired of being tired!
